
With the goal of connecting women within sales or sales-related disciplines, Cindy Lien Tuong, Jessica Klepper, and Melissa Lui founded the Society of Saleswomen (SOS) to help women build meaningful networks and provide tools for women to learn, connect and empower one another.
Throughout Covid-19, the SOS had to rethink their strategy and pivot to an online format. Throughout, they learned that consistency and meaningful strategy is the recipe for success.
The biggest lesson they’ve learned since starting their business? It’s ok not to be perfect, the build-up of fear is usually greater than the actual fear itself.
