It’s never too late to get healthy, as proven by Pancakes and Pushups owner, Sloane Davis. 

Sloane developed Pancakes and Push-ups to teach others to have a healthy relationship with food and is devoted to helping her clients get in the healthiest shape of their life.

What has been your biggest success to date and why?

“I am an online Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, helping hundreds of people lose weight and get healthy worldwide. I have been in business almost 2 years. My biggest success is being featured in Magazines such as People, Self and Fitness, allowing me to reach millions of people to help, inspire and motivate them.”

What do you do to stay healthy — financially, mentally, physically, spiritually, or socially?

“I exercise 5 times a week to stay healthy. I love lifting weights. Not only does it build muscle to burn calories when resting but it releases a lot stress for me.”

Sloane’s tips for aspiring female founders:

  1. Get yourself out there. The power of social media is remarkable. Never be afraid to show what you’ve got.
  2. Be confident, proud and sure of what you are trying to do.
  3. Listen to your clients. If they keep coming back for more, you know you’re doing something right.
