The best gift I received:
The best gift in business I have ever received is always mentorship. In this case, I enlisted as many experts as I could: from winemakers to wine importers/distributors to wine business owners to restaurant owners to sommeliers and connoisseurs… you name it. Gaining other industry experts perspective, advice and guidance is truly the best gift.
What I give to others:
I’m a huge believer in paying it forward by mentoring others in business as well as offering a helping hand to those who need it whenever I can.
I also have partnered with quite a few different charities to raise funds and awareness on their behalf. I truly feel blessed when I can help others in this way. Through this my partner and I recently created a quarterly event, Dining for a Difference, where we do just that for other charities and organizations. After all, giving is living.
