It’s no secret that Hollywood has a long way to go, but women are rising together instead of alone.  

The Center for the Study of Women in Television and Film reported, “Films with at least one female director employed greater percentages of women working as writers, editors, cinematographers, and composers than films with exclusively male directors.”

In an industry notoriously ruled by the “boys club” women are supporting each other and fighting together. How does this apply to you? Seek out other women, act as cheerleaders, confidants, supports, and mentors. No matter what industry you’re in, the spotlight shines brighter on collaboration.
