The role of motherhood in my business:
Motherhood is what inspired and drove me to start this business. As a mother of two young boys, it is a challenge to stay in touch with the school community and on top of school events. This is why I created an app for mothers to get their school at their fingertips! PTAs in schools are usually run by busy mothers. We help them by making the entire process efficient whether it is to send out weekly emails, a student directory and a powerful e-commerce platform that lets them setup stores in minutes.
Advice for mom-entrepreneurs:
Mom-entrepreneurs are always pressed for time. If you are passionate about a product, make enough time to work on those projects. While all of you may not be doing your side-hustle full time, even an hour a day on your project will help reach your goals faster. Setting up weekly goals and breaking down your overall goal into achievable chunks makes it easier to reach your goal.
